Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Fluency and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete forever.

Deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

Email usamahaneef580@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Fluency account”. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photo, bio, languages, interests and settings.
• The messages, corrections, photos and voice messages you sent.
• Your verification selfie, flashcards and device notification tokens.
• Your sign-in account.

What is kept

• Messages other people sent you stay in their conversation history.
• Reports and moderation records are kept to protect other users.
• Backup copies are removed within 30 days.
